where are your products made?
besides the products we curate, we create everything in our small studio space in portland, ore., using small batch methods.
do you offer wholesale or private labeling?
yes and yes! for wholesale you can order direct from us on faire. for custom orders please shoot us a message on our contact page.
are your products phthalate free?
yes! in fact they are also vegan, free of parabens, carcinogenic toxins and are 100% cruelty free. we try to source our ingredients locally first before moving onto another domestic company and our packaging is recyclable.
can I change/cancel my order?
yes, but please let us know ASAP by sending us a message through our contact form within 2hrs of your purchase. once the package leaves our studio we can’t retrieve it and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if you want to place a return- speaking of which, we offer returns within 7days of receiving your product if it is unused (or damaged in shipment), because we are a small business we are only offering store credits at this time- thanks for understanding!

what type of wax do you use?
we use a blend of soy and coconut creme. we find that the coconut holds a bit more scent than the soy alone, but coconut alone has a lower melt point making it more difficult for us to ship in warmer months. the mix of them together creates the perfect candle!
sometimes black residue gets onto my candle jar, what is that?
nothing to be alarmed by, its soot caused by carbon burning from the wick and wax. keep your wicks trimmed and don’t allow them to mushroom up and this will help eliminate that- its a natural part of the candle burning process though and you can easily wipe the jar clean with a paper towel.

we are currently in over 150 stores in the US, Canada, UK and Australia. we are working on getting a list up, but let us know where you are and we can direct you to the closest shop!
what is your shipping policy?
currently we have a turn around time of 2-6 days on all orders and depending on how large your order is it will ship via USPS or UPS- we provide tracking for all orders and are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carriers once it leaves our studio- but will assist if any claim needs to be made.
